Today I am going to Venice until the 12th!

I think the moment I settle down in life is when I have decided there is no point in experiencing better things. Keep going, there is always something more.

For months and months I’ve been saying that I wanted to make a zine, but never actually bothered getting round to it. Today though, me and therealantg finally decided to start one! We’re combining my photography and his poetry and basing it around the shitty little town we live in. It’s going to be about how the town is sorta well known for making planes in the war, and the town has been milking that for years, with the architecture resembling airports, and air traffic control towers, and the majority of the street names are named after planes. We believe that the land developers etc, try to instill this sense of community based on the fact that planes where made here in the war, even though it is mainly inhabited by students and people who regularly commute to London. This also links in nicely with plane travel because it’s as though the people who live here are in the process of moving about, again because it’s mainly students and commuters who live here, no one is really based in the town. These are some of the photographs I’ve taken that are going to be in the zine, and the first image is going to be the front cover.

We’re really excited to start this properly in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out!

10/11 paralells: murder+genocide

Remember when genocide and killing were things that the Doctor frowned upon, and would only do with a heavy heart? Remember when the Doctor tried to talk the villains into doing the right thing? Remember when the doctor had morals?
£500 says that Moffat never watched The Doctor’s Daughter. Oh but wait, he did request that they re-write the ending for Jenny to come back to life, in order for him to do fuck all with the character. But in retrospect, that’s probably a good thing.
